Personal Leadership


The structure of any Personal Leadership program we design with you, consists of the following elements:

1. Preparation phase
2. Implementation phase
3. Evaluation phase

During the first phase, the foundation for the Coaching Program will be laid. You will learn about your strengths and development areas based on a 360° evaluation. You will get an insight in your natural leadership style and understand where certain behavior is rooted. This results in a clear understanding of your current leadership situation and explains why you are where you are. With this basic understanding we will define together the priorities for development and the desired individual results for the Coaching Program.

These elements will be gathered and come together in an Individual Growth & Development Plan. In this plan specific and measurable goals for tangible results will be set for the different leadership areas, in order to further strengthen constructive behavior and improve development areas.

The second phase of the Coaching Program focuses on the actual implementation of the Individual Plan. This phase will be pragmatic, hands-on and is designed to experience the effects of (slight) adaptions of current behavior and leadership styles.

To get to these results we use a range of proven coaching tools, which have been used with thousands of managers all over the world. By nature our techniques and tools are interactive and your individual input makes it a unique and tailor-made process for you. For example, you will be observed and/or filmed in your individual leadership environment (presentation or meeting) and behavior and suggestions for improvement will be evaluated together.

During the Implementation Phase there will be a constant and visible tracking of the progress of the Plan. We make use of an online tool so that at any moment in time you and the coach will be able to see the status of the coaching process.

Phase three will be the round-up of the project. Equipped with the tools and experiences from the Implementation phase, you are now able to put the learning into practice ongoing. If required we can set up an evaluation report, based on your self reflection and the observations of the coach, containing a summary of the process and recommendations for future reference.

Joost and Frieda helped to prepare me for an important presentation. They make a really good team with complementary skills. Joost focuses more on the tangible and technical part, while Frieda concentrates on what happens behind the scenes. With patience and psychology they drive the sessions to get the objectives right and done. They understand quickly the situation and get to the practical point very soon. I felt comfortable and stimulated to get the best out of me: we did a great job.
